Integrated Disability Management Services

• Complex/Difficult claim review - Utilizes our disability management staff by drawing on their extensive experience with disability carriers.
• Routine claim review - Handled by a disability specialist for adjudication with recommendations for case management tools.
• Cursory file review – Claims submitted for Integrated Disability Management services receive a review for file completeness and correct documentation to ensure appropriate case management tools are utilized.
• Independent Medical Exam Coordination – Utilizes University based physicians where appropriate; all specialists are pre-approved by carrier through review of the evaluator’s curriculum vitae or credentials.
• Functional Capacity Evaluations – Scheduled with trained and licensed evaluators, functional capacity evaluations are assigned through a national network of providers.
